Our Service Policy In order to insure that all clients receive the best possible service we adhere to the following policies: If the client is late, the service will still end at the original time and the client will be charged full price. If the provider is late the full service will still be given or if schedules do not permit this, the service fee will be reduced at a prorated rate.
